Terms of Service – Energi Loagan Photography

By booking a session with Energi Loagan Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your session date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if the date changes.
  
• Remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
  
• Payments may be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or other approved methods.
  

2. Session Details

• Session length, location, and number of images are agreed upon at the time of booking.
  
• Additional time, images, or services may incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon in writing.
  

3. Image Delivery & Usage

• Images are delivered in high-resolution digital format via online gallery, within the agreed timeframe.
  
• Clients receive personal usage rights (printing, social media, personal sharing).
  
• Commercial use (advertising, marketing, or resale) requires written permission and may incur licensing fees.
  

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the session to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
  
• Rescheduling is possible if the request is made in advance and subject to photographer availability.
  

5. Liability

• Energi Loagan Photography is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.
  
• In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, loss, or damage, liability is limited to a refund of all payments received.
